Q. I want to buy one of your Marine Collagen products, but don’t know which one is right for me! What are the differences?
We’re glad you asked! Please refer to the product comparison chart at the top of this page that will list in detail all of the differences between each of our Marine Collagen products.
We generally suggest Renew+ to those who are new to taking our Marine Collagen supplements as it’s our most concentrated formula containing naturally occurring Elastin for skin and Zeolite for detox. It is a systemic product that works right throughout the body.
Q. How long do I need to take Jeuneora Marine Collagen supplements before I start to notice the benefits?
Seeing improvement and timing will vary from person to person. Many of our customers report increased energy within several days. Hair and nails should start to become noticeably healthier and stronger within 3-12 weeks of taking our products on a daily basis. Skin should start to show improvement around the same time.
The most important factor is to take our products consistently on a daily basis if you want to reap the benefits the quickest. This is true for any collagen supplement on the market.
Q. Can I take your supplements alongside other medications and vitamins?
Whilst we have a number of customers who take our supplements alongside various different medications, we always recommend that you speak with your healthcare professional first before adding Jeuneora into your routine if you are on existing medications, as every individual is different.
Taking other vitamins alongside Jeuneora supplements is fine, but if you do have any particular concerns please speak with your healthcare professional first.
Q. Can I take your supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you wish to try Jeuneora Marine Collagen supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult with your healthcare professional first. Once given the all clear we recommend either our AquaGlow Range or Naked Collagen.
Q. Are your supplements safe for children?
There are no known harmful effects for children wanting to take Marine Collagen or Volcanic Detox (the mineral Zeolite that is included in our Renew+ formulation). However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional first. We have had positive feedback from adolescents who have taken Jeuneora supplements in regards to improvement in their skin, mental clarity and sleep.
Q. Can men use your products?
Absolutely! We have many male customers who are regular users of the Jeuneora range! They are just a little camera shy ;)
Q. Can I travel overseas with Jeuneora products?
We have taken our products overseas to various different countries and have never had an issue. However, we suggest you check into the immigration policies of the country you are travelling to before you visit.
We recommend that you always keep your Jeuneora product in the original container (so the ingredients list can be inspected if necessary) & always pop it into your checked luggage. Sealed containers are preferred, but not absolutely necessary. Jeuneora Naked+ Detox Travel Sticks & Hair Skin Nails Capsules can be easier to travel with, particularly if you only have carry on luggage.
Q. Are your products vegan?
No - our Marine Collagen & Whey Protein ranges are not vegan.
Q. Can I use your marine collagen products if I have a seafood / shellfish allergy?
The short answer is….No! Whilst our marine collagen supplements are made from sustainably sourced fish skin and do not contain any shellfish, our marine collagen is processed in a factory that also produces shellfish products.
Q. Do your products help with acne?
Clinical research on oral marine collagen supplementation has largely focused on the improvement of skin smoothness, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and hydration. There have been statistically significant clinical studies conducted in these areas. Causes of acne can vary from person to person, and whilst there has been some excellent feedback regarding acne improvement with oral collagen supplementation, we caution that there is still more research to be conducted in this area before a definitive answer can be provided. Collagen supplementation has been found to be helpful for gut health, which can often be the underlying cause of skin issues in some individuals. It definitely won’t hurt to give it a try!
Q. Do your products contain gluten or dairy?
Our Marine Collagen range does not contain gluten or dairy.
Our Whey Protein powders do include dairy (obviously!), but they do not contain any gluten, and are keto-friendly.
Q. Do your products contain binders, fillers, or additives?
NO - of course not! Jeuneora take pride in the fact that we do not use any binders, fillers or additives in any of our product ranges.
Q. Can I add Renew+, AquaGlow, Naked+ Detox Travel Sticks or Naked Collagen to smoothies, protein shakes, or hot drinks?
It is absolutely fine to mix Renew+, AquaGlow, Naked+ Detox Travel Sticks and Naked Collagen with cold liquids.
However, because Vitamin C is sensitive to heat, only the Naked Collagen can be added to boiling hot drinks (because it is the only product that does not contain Vitamin C). All of the other products can be added to warm / hot drinks, as long as they aren't boiling hot.
Q. My Naked Collagen & AquaGlow doesn't have a scoop. How do I know how much to use?
To help cut down on plastic, we no longer include scoops in our Naked Collagen or AquaGlow. Our recommended dose for both of these products is 3g, one level teaspoon.
Q. Can I take the Renew+, Naked Collagen, AquaGlow & Hair Skin Nails Capsules together?
Our Hair Skin Nails Capsules pair well with any of our powdered Marine Collagen products.
We recommend that you only take one powder product per day. If you do choose to take more than one powder, we suggest taking them on alternate days.
Q. Can I take Jeuneora Whey Protein & Marine Collagen products on the same day?
Yes – absolutely!
Our Marine Collagen range contains Type I Marine Collagen and our Whey Protein range contains Type II Bovine Collagen. These are aimed at targeting different parts of the body, so in fact are a great combination.
Q. What is the best time of day to take Jeuneora Marine Collagen supplements?
You can take our supplements at any time of the day, with or without food. The most important factor is to take them consistently!
Q. What makes Jeuneora’s collagen so special?
Not all marine collagen is created equal. “Marine collagen” can describe collagen from any ocean source – which includes jelly fish, shell fish & sharks. Apart from the obvious moral & ethical issues associated with these sources of marine collagen, another issue is the collagen peptides are often too big, meaning they cannot be easily absorbed into the body.
All of Jeuneora’s Marine Collagen is Hydrolysed, Type I, and is Ethically & Sustainably Sourced from Fish Skin. Our marine collagen is sourced from Europe where a number of our selected suppliers take pride in being part of the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) which is an international environmental certification body created to certify fisheries according to environmental criteria. This criteria includes stock management (making sure the fish by-product used in making the marine collagen are from fish that are not a critically endangered fish species as listed in the International Union for Conservation of Nature red list), as well as ecosystem maintenance and traceability.
As well as being highly bioavailable (meaning it is smaller than other types of collagen and is more easily absorbed into the body), our Type I Marine Collagen is also suitable for pescatarians and has been scientifically researched for its beauty boosting effects, particularly around hair, skin & nails.
In our Whey Protein + Collagen Complex range, we use Type II New Zealand Bovine Collagen that is pasture fed, free range, GMO free. Type II Bovine Collagen is well known for its use in supporting muscle and joint recovery and mobility.

Q. Is your Marine Collagen Type I, II or III?
Jeuneora uses only sustainably sourced Type I Hydrolysed Marine Collagen in our marine collagen range, sourced from fish skin.
Our Whey Protein + Collagen Complex Powders contain Type II New Zealand Bovine Collagen that is pasture fed, free range and GMO free.
Q. Why did you choose Type I collagen for your Marine Collagen range?
Type I collagen makes up approximately 80% of our skin’s dermal layer and is the building block of our skin’s structure. The majority of other animal collagen that is derived from bovine, chicken, or pork sources is often Type II Collagen, which is beneficial for joints, but isn’t as effective as Type I Marine Collagen when it comes to beauty boosting benefits.
In fact, marine collagen sourced from fish skin is up to 1.5 times more absorbent than bovine, porcine or chicken collagen because of its optimum (lower) molecular weight which makes it highly bioavailable and more easily absorbed by the body.
Q. Is your Marine Collagen hydrolysed or is it a collagen peptide? What is the difference?
All of our Marine Collagen is hydrolysed AND a collage peptide!
Hydrolysis refers to the process where large collagen molecules are broken down (via a reaction with water) into smaller molecules that are commonly referred to as “peptides”.
Therefore all of Jeuneora’s Hydrolysed Marine Collagen is also a collagen peptide.
Q. Is Jeuneora plastic recyclable?
All Jeuneora plastic, including scoops, product labels & powder pots are 100% recyclable through our paid partnership with the Terracycle Global Recycling Programme. Currently, this programme is only available for our New Zealand & Australian customers. This is a guaranteed zero-land fill programme, and is available free for customers to use.
To get on board, simply save your used Jeuneora plastics, and once you have a small collection, sign up and send them to Terracycle free of charge. The plastic will then get melted down and used as an alternative to virgin plastic. For more information, please go here.

We're glad you asked - yes, they are! All Jeuneora packaging (including the sachets in our Naked+ Detox Travel Sticks) are 100% recyclable through our Terracycle Recycling Programme for all customers in New Zealand & Australia.

Yes! We have free delivery for all orders over $50 to the following countries:

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once we receive your order it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm NZST (public holidays excluded). Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will be sent a tracking number to the email address from which you placed your order.

A signature is required by default for all local & international orders. Please be aware that if your property has an authority to leave (ATL) and your package goes missing after being delivered, Jeuneora will be not be able to process a claim. Q. I have never used subscription before, how do I set this up?
Choose the product you want, click the Subscribe & Save, then use the drop down to enter how often you want the product to be delivered and hit the ADD TO CART. You can choose to continue shopping or go to checkout if you are finished.
Q. Can I use Afterpay, Laybuy or Oxipay?
No, you cannot use Afterpay, Lay-by or Oxipay for orders containing a subscription product. This is because our subscription service runs through a different payment gateway, meaning buy now pay later payment options are not available.
Q. What payment methods do you accept for subscription?
We accept credit card / debit card / Paypal payments for orders containing subscription products. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Q. There is nowhere to add my discount code. Can I use a discount code?
We are unable to accept discount codes on subscription orders. This is because a 15% discount is already automatically applied when you sign up to subscribe to one of our products.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
Our subscription service is super flexible and you can cancel your order at any time, for any reason. To do this, go to "My Account", "Manage Subscriptions" and click 'Remove'.
Q. How do I change the delivery date of my order?
To do this, all you need to do is go to "My Account", "Manage Subscriptions" and change the delivery date to whatever suits you. You can either delay your order, bring it forward, or cancel it altogether - it's that easy.
Q. When will my credit / debit card / Paypal account be charged?
We will email you a reminder for your subscription order 3 days before it's scheduled to be processed. This gives you 3 days notice before your credit / debit card / PayPal account will be charged. You will be charged on the day your order is processed.
Q. What happens if my credit / debit card / Paypal account is declined?
If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a notification email. We will then attempt to process the order again the following day.
Q. How will I know when my order has been sent?
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before we process your subscription order. This is your chance to make any changes you might have to your order. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a separate email with your courier tracking information.
Q. What happens if an AutoShipment lands on a weekend or public holiday?
In these cases, your order will be processed on the next working day. Our dispatch hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (with the exception of public holidays & weekends).
