Tummy loving turmeric pumpkin soup

You can't help but love a hearty warming soup in winter.
We love this delicious recipe using Jeuneora Naked Collagen, bursting with flavour and providing immune support, gut health, and natural anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Turmeric Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut oil / 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 cup onion, diced / 1 cup carrot, diced
1 small pumpkin, peeled & chopped
1 tbsp turmeric / 1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ginger, peeled & chopped
1⁄2 tsp black pepper / 1 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk / 3 cup vegetable stock
1 scoop Jeuneora® Naked Collagen
Method
Heat coconut oil in a large heavy bottom pot on a medium high heat. Add vegetables, garlic, spices, salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are softened.
Add coconut milk, stock, and Jeuneora Naked Collagen. Simmer for another 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Once the carrots are tender, transfer soup to a blender and puree until smooth.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve.
