    Great and gross!

    Tastes exceptionally good - better than a cafe hot chocolate. Does exactly what is says - lets me sleep deeper and longer, which is amazing BUT it also upsets my gut and causes diarrhea....which isn't so good. So I wake up after a good sleep desperately needing to get to the bathroom, quick! I'm then reluctant to eat for the rest of the day.

    This stuff is EVERYTHING

    OK, look, I tried this and was like "how are mushrooms going to a) help me sleep and b) actually taste good? I genuinely don't know how Jeuneora has managed it, but this stuff is an absolute necessity for whānau now. We take it everywhere (including to the ski club).

    I generally have mine cold (boil water, mix it all together, chuck some ice in, and add cold milk); my partner has it hot. Both are delicious.

    We also give a half dose to our ADHD son who has trouble winding down, and the difference it makes is phenomenal. Bedtime used to be a battle, but now he has this and is out within half an hour.

    My ONLY wish is that it would come in a larger packet or a reusable one, so I don't have to keep buying the container. While I recycle them through Jeuneora's recycling programme, it would be great to refill a container we already have.
