I am on my first bottle and really enjoying it. The taste is great and I mix it with a small amount of water then take it like a shot! I’ve noticed that it’s helped my gut and improved my bloating- this was the main reason I started it. I haven’t noticed other differences yet, but I think those will be more long term. I have been taking jeuneora since 2018 I won't go without it. My gut health is important to me and is hair skin and nails. I've been taking this liquid gold for years even during my first pregnancy.
