Hot chocolate
In love with product.
I have noticed a massive change in my sleep quality. I have deep, long sleeps leaving me well rested and alert in the morning. Once I have this drink each night I am relaxed and calm.

A nice way to end the evening
I’ve only had this 3-4 times so far but it seems to work. I don’t need to take any melatonin on the nights I have drunk this so I’m liking being able to change up my sleep aids.
And what a lovely ritual to sit on the couch reading or watching a tv show sipping away at this before bed.

Incredible!
I honestly wouldn't be without this product and have just ordered it on subscription, so I don't run out. I have been sleeping poorly for years and have tried everything. With my nightly hot chocolate, I honestly doze off to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and sleep soundly all night. My partner has found the same.
