Firstly, we want to thank you for reading this post. We know there is a lot of information out there about Covid-19, and we are all adjusting to a new (for now) normal which can all be a bit overwhelming. However, we wanted to take a moment to assure you that we are still shipping.
We are able to do this by having our husband and wife dispatch team (Meg and James) working in isolation, and with the ongoing support of our international courier for whom it is business as usual.
Along with increasing their cleaning and sanitising measures, Meg and James are also following strict guidelines set out by our international courier to create a safe zone for them to collect packed orders ready for shipment. There is no human to human contact through this process.
Our fantastic international courier (DHL) has comprehensive plans in place to ensure the safety of their customers and staff, while also trying to minimise any disruption to their services. However, we do anticipate that your orders may take a little longer to get to you than usual because of a much larger volume of people shopping online.
