What do adaptogenic mushrooms do?
Stress can affect our quality of sleep - this is where adaptogens can help. When we face a stressor, our bodies go through a general adaptation syndrome which is a three-stage response: alarm, resistance and exhaustion. Adaptogens provide support so you stay in the resistance phase for longer: instead of crashing, you carry on. Adaptogens, like our blend of reishi, maitake and shiitake mushrooms, also support healthy mood balance - another important factor when it comes to getting quality shut eye.

Each 7g scoop (one dose) contains:
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi Mushroom) Extract Equiv. 4800mg dried mushroom - 600mg. Lentinus edodes (Shiitake Mushroom) Extract Equiv. 3250mg dried mushroom - 650mg. Grifola frondosa (Maitake Mushroom) Extract Equiv. 8250mg dried mushroom - 550mg. Pistacia vera (Pistachio) Seed Extract Equiv. 1500mg dried seed - 100mg. Also contains: Cocoa Powder, Flavours, Thaumatin.
Contains 210g per container (30 doses).

I’ve been on sleeping medication for three years, and over the last year I’ve been desperately trying to stop and find something more natural. Every time I tried melatonin, lavender, or mushroom-based sleep products, I ended up having horrific nightmares. It honestly made me feel like I’d be stuck relying on medication just to sleep for the rest of my life.
I was very sceptical about trying the Beauty Sleep Adaptogenic Super Powder because I feel like I’ve tried every “sleep” product on the market and nothing had ever worked. But the reviews were so positive that I decided to give it a go.
Wow, this product is amazing. After years of trying different sleep formulas and vitamins, this is the first one that has actually worked for me. I take one scoop if I still want a bit of time before falling asleep, and two scoops if I want to fall asleep more quickly. Two scoops works really quickly for me. I’ve had no nightmares, I rarely wake during the night, and it tastes amazing too. It’s especially comforting now that the weather is getting colder, and it feels like I’m having a sweet treat before bed.
I honestly cannot recommend this product enough, especially from someone who truly feels like they have tried everything.
