Staying in? (Of course you are, because you’re helping save the world!) Just because it's 4.37pm and you still haven’t gotten out of your PJs, or washed your hair in days, it doesn’t mean your taste buds can’t head out and do the travelling for you!

 

Our friend Lizzie (@lizziewagz on Instagram) created this DELICIOUS recipe for us. It’s tropical, it’s super healthy and it looks pretty posh too! Even better it’s a great way to get your daily dose of Naked Collagen.

Chia pudding layer
1 cup dairy-free milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of Naked Collagen
Splash of vanilla
Splash of maple syrup

In a jar, combine all the ingredients apart from chia seeds and mix together. Once combined, add in chia seeds, stir and refrigerate overnight.

Layer with dairy-free yogurt.

Smoothie layer
1 banana
1/2 cup raspberries (frozen is OK)
1 peach (or you can try frozen mango)
Juice of 1/2 a pink grapefruit
1 cup coconut milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)

Blend the smoothie ingredients and layer on top of the yoghurt.

Top with more raspberries or seasonal fruit and sip yourself into a tropical paradise!
