1 cup chicken broth - we like to use The Little Bone Broth Company (or you can use vegetable stock)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 scoop of Jeuneora Naked Collagen
Seasonal greens (eg: ¼ head of steamed or roasted broccoli)
A sprinkle of chia & pumpkin seeds or chopped, toasted nuts
Put the soup ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Heat for 5 minutes on the stove, or until soup reaches your desired temperature.
When ready to serve, add a scoop of Jeuneora Naked Collagen and stir until powder dissolves. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with seasonal greens and a sprinkling of your favourite seeds.
